I am more grateful than ever. I’ve been saying that for about 30 years. But now, I am 30 years closer to love than I have ever been. And the more closely we align with love, the more we have to be grateful for.
This is not because we accumulate more of anything. It is because we realize that everything is ours, and has always been ours, in love.
Love really is all we need. But as long as we doubt that, we hold on to a security blanket, or a false sense of security. We hold on to a lie that leaves no room for the truth. The truth can only be denied for so long, though.
And as we open our eyes to more of the truth, our version of love and, therefore, our version of gratitude expands. We know we have everything, as long as we choose love.
