We are born innately good. Nothing, nobody can MAKE us bad. We have the privilege of choice, though. We can choose to betray our goodness. When we do, we feel dirty and depleted.
So, why would we, why do we, betray our goodness and get ugly? We get scared.
Ironically, being bad is the mother of all our fears. And we bought the lie that missing the mark makes us bad, that we can’t be wrong, without being bad. But as soon as we cling to being right, we stop choosing to align with our true goodness. We bypass loving for unloving.
Let’s revel in our humanity. Let’s not hide behind “right.” Let’s grow into the fullness of love. Let’s demonstrate our innate goodness.
We’re not bad. And it’s better to miss the mark than stop shooting for it.
Love smiles,
