Day 7 without a car and learning to say “yes” to life without driving. Spending more time at the pool, walking to the post office, and discovering a hole in the wall with incredible latin empanadas.
From the moment somebody drives into your car with theirs, you have to break from routine. And that can be a very useful nudge. Something as simple as ordering groceries to be delivered is an adventure. Life is about balancing the familiar and the unfamiliar. At 67, I’m more likely to drop into a simple, deep-breath cocoon, than jump out of a plane.
But we don’t have to choose one or the other. And when we trust love to lead, we find balance.
