Why didn’t somebody tell us how amazing we were–before life kicked us in the pants, and we learned to be on guard. Somebody probably did. But, chances are, somebody also told us in a million little ways that we were too little, too big, too loud, too shy, too something. And that’s the part we believed.

Make a habit of remembering who you are BEFORE you look in the mirror. Remind yourself that you’re beautiful! And what you see in the mirror will reflect that.
Let your knowing shine through. Let your beauty shine through. Let your essence of love shine through.
I’m serious. Will you try it? Find the mirror and stand in front of it. But close your eyes before you look. Then, remind yourself that you’re beautiful. Feel it. Believe it. Know that it IS the absolute truth.
Then open your eyes. You’ll SEE the truth. And as you do, your image will glow just a little bit more.
