love OR fear …

There are only two choices: Love and Fear
As we become aware of the choices, we begin to evolve beyond the fight or flight instinct. We realize that to choose love is to be true to our spiritual self; and that to choose fear is to betray our spiritual self and love.

Fear hides behind our security blanket, our comfort zone, our ego, doubt, and any form of deception. Love beckons us to stretch, to trust the unknown, to act on faith, and to choose the truth written on our heart (regardless of the consequences).
