Tis the season to stay present …

Dear Friends,

When we try to decorate, and shop, and party for Christmas when we’re already doing as much as we have time for, something has to give. Let it.

When you make that decision–to let something give–you can relax. You can be present. That’s a gift you can give yourself. And it allows you to feel the love, share the love, be the love. And … love is the ultimate gift, the only true gift. It is a portion of you. Without the presence of love, we are too preoccupied to truly appreciate anything else.

I give you mine, my love. And I thank you for yours. I thank you for all the times you have been present with me.
